2018 Pumpkin Patch – Call for Volunteers

We’re proud to once again support Chris and Daniella Revitt and the Intentional Acts of Kindness Foundation (I.A.K.) with the Burnaby Schools Pumpkin Patch project.

Two Burnaby elementary schools – Maywood and Douglas Road – will be provided with a full scale pumpkin patch, complete with popcorn, drinks, bubbles, music and fall decorations. We’re looking for volunteers to come out and join parents and community volunteers on Tues. October 30 (Maywood) and Weds. October 31 (Douglas Road).

Morning shift – 8am – 12pm – help with the set up of the pumpkin patch and then help to bag popcorn and hand out drinks to each class as they come out to see the pumpkin patch

Afternoon shift – 1:00 – 3:00pm – classes come out one at a time to pick a pumpkin to take home – help take down decorations, tents & tables
