Let’s continue our support of CUPE 1816 members and protect our benefits.

All CUPE 23 members who are primary extended health benefits recipients are Pacific Blue Cross members. Please come out and help shift the direction of our benefits provider back to respecting workers and benefit recipients.

Location of the meeting is the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver – There will be shuttle buses running continuously from Waterfront Skytrain Station to the Westin Bayshore Hotel from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. There will also be other buses provided from locations around the Lower Mainland. Please send an RSVP and someone will follow up with you directly about what you need to get to the meeting and vote.

2017 Pumpkin Patch – Call for Volunteers

Once again this year we are helping to sponsor the Pumpkin Patch event in Burnaby schools organized by Brother Chris Revitt and his family. He’s looking for volunteers to come out and help in the morning, shifts are 8am – 12 noon.

  • Weds. October 25 – Edmonds Elementary School
  • Thurs. October 26 – Douglas Elementary School
  • Fri. October 27 – South Slope Elementary
  • Mon. October 30 – Maywood Elementary
