All who pay dues can vote on the contract.
In order to vote, you must provide your personal email address to the union office. All voting will take place online.

Notice of Motion – Financial Policy changes
Per Article 15 of the CUPE 23 Constitution & Bylaws, members will be voting on changes to the Financial Policy at the June Membership meeting.
This is to notify all members of the Burnaby Civic Employees Union, CUPE Local 23, that proposed changes to the Financial Policy circulated to worksites on May 29th will be discussed and voted upon at the General Membership Meeting – Wednesday, June 25, 2025 @ 5:30pm on Zoom.
The Proposed Amendments circulated are reflective of the work of the Financial Policy Working Group. In addition to the mailing that was circulated to worksites on May 29th, CUPE National has advised the local to circulate the package of member motions received as originally presented to the local.
